Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may occasionally vary during high-volume periods.

Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers through our shipping partner. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Sandrock’s Cottage Apothecary is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or events outside our control.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
