Refund policy

Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns on:

• Personal care items

• Tallow balms or skincare

• Essential oil blends

• Herbal products

• Baked goods

• Candles


If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging so we can make it right.

For local porch pickup orders, items must be inspected at pickup. Once accepted, sales are final.

We are a small handmade business and appreciate your understanding.
